Our focus is on three areas of care:

01.
Ministry of Presence

We meet folks where they are, bringing our full selves into relationship with them. Often this is initiated with the sharing of a cup of coffee, a cold water bottle on a hot day, or granola bars at the gazebo in the park. By being with folks in their daily lives, we are able to remind them that God in Christ Jesus is present and within them, that they are beloved, and that their lives matter. And not only do their lives matter to God, but their lives matter to us.

02.
REFERRAL TO SERVICES

There are many organizations that address the various needs of folks experiencing homelessness and/or economic insecurity in Fargo/Moorhead. Sometimes the missing piece for a neighbor who is struggling is someone to help them navigate the systems: the messy, often non-friendly systems of support that already exist in our city. Table of Mercy seeks to be that connector.

03.
Radical Welcome + Eucharistic Fellowship

At the core of our work is the embodiment of Jesus Christ in word and deed which we find most clearly expressed in acts of feeding people who are hungry – physically and spiritually. All are welcome at Jesus’ table, the table of mercy. All are fed. All are embraced and loved just as they are. Pr. Grant brings the communion elements (bread and grape juice) wherever he goes, offering it to all.
